The certified nursing assistant plays an important role in the successful motion of any health organization. Just as the nursing assistants, their resume should also be very perfect and impressive. The resume of the nursing assistant should be written in such way that it reflects his/her professional skills properly. Resume is the first impression of the candidate on the employer, so it should be prepared in such manner that it attracts the recruiting members. An example of the format of the resume is given below: Contact Details The details of your contacts should be properly given because it is the only way for the employer to call you for the interview or to send you some information. Objective Qualification ? The name of the school from where you had completed your high school diploma. Experience The detailed information about your previous job experience should be stated under this heading. You should only provide the information about your experience related to the nursing field. If you are a fresher, then you must provide the information about your training and internship. The applicant should not provide fake information about the previous job experience in the resume. Job title Under this heading, applicant has to provide the information about the job work that he/she had performed earlier working as a nursing assistant or at any other post in the nursing industry. Applicants must also describe the achievements that they had gained while working at that position and must also provide the details about the tenure of working period. Skills The skills, which you possess, must be properly defined and skills related to the nursing must given the priority in the resume. The other special skills you possess must also be described like- communication skills, computer skills etc. Importance of the CNA resume The resume of the nursing assistant is very important, as this provides the facts and professional details about the applicant to the employer. The resume is considered as the first indirect interaction of the applicants with the employer or recruiting members. The resume creates an image of the applicant in the mind of the recruiting members and on behalf of that; the candidates are called for the interview.
